We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Except where otherwise noted, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return all non-customized products within seven (7) business days after delivery for store credit. We will pay for the cost of return shipping if it is a result of our error. Please note that damage to items in the course of shipping are generally expected to be covered by the courier. All items are shipped in pristine condition and sufficiently packaged against reasonable handling. After seven (7) days, we do not offer refunds or returns for credit. Charge refunds will carry a restocking and service fee equal to 15% of the purchase cost for physical goods.
Returned items for store credit must be unblemished and undamaged, and in saleable condition. If the item appears to have been unduly damaged, it will not be eligible for credit.
You should expect store credit within 30 days of your return being sent out. However, in most cases, store credit will be received sooner. This gives us time to receive and process the item being returned.
