We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Except where otherwise noted, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return all products within seven (7) business days after delivery for store credit. We will pay for the cost of return shipping if it is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or unduly damaged item). After seven (7) days, we do not offer returns for credit, or refunds under any circumstances. Charge refunds will carry a restocking and service fee equal to 15% of the purchase cost for physical goods. 

Returned items for store credit must be unblemished and undamaged. If the item appears to have been unduly damaged, it will not be eligible for store credit.

You should expect store credit within 30 days of your return being sent out. However, in most cases, store credit will be received sooner. This gives us time to receive and process the item being returned.

There are no refunds on gift cards.
